Christian Roettgers has joined Hydrogen Injection Technology, Inc. as President and CEO in January of 2012. Prior to working for HIT, he was the Director of OEM Channel at Autonet Mobile. Mr. Roettgers vision was to connect every vehicle by installing a Telematics Control Unit in every vehicle and to provide telematics services and applications over IP. Autonet Mobile has successfully secured OEM partnerships with Chrysler, General Motors, Subaru, Mercedes, and VW, under his leadership.
Mr. Roettgers held various leadership roles in key markets with Ford Motor Company and its premium brand Volvo Cars. Mr. Roettgers has been recognized for his expert knowledge in the automotive field. His extensive relationships in the automotive industry are instrumental in developing new business strategies for new and innovative products across automotive and retail channels.”
Richard Ortenheim, Board of Directors – Founder / CTO
Richard has been successful in several international business ventures, to include the formation of Skyview Aviation which is located in Northern California. Richard is an experienced aviator, holding an Airline Transport Pilot’s license, and his talents for aircraft fuel system retrofitting have been featured on the Discovery Channel. In addition, Richard and his father hold numerous world patents in the field of clean energy and automotive technology, to include the first patent issued for a hybrid vehicle based on green technology . Richard’s diverse background as a successful business operator, master mechanic and recognized inventor is a perfect fit for GGGW. Conchita D Christensen, Board of Directors – Founder / Investor
Conchita Christensen has been with the Hydrogen Injection Technology, Inc. since the beginning. Prior to joining HIT, she has been working in the area of Green Technology and also been working in the area of Aviation at Skyview Aviation, a business that she jointly owns with her husband. Conchita also runs and manages her own real-estate business.
John MacGregor, Board or Directors - Founder / Investor
In the mid 1970s while studying engineering at California Polytechnical Institute, John became interested in live event production, product launch design and product promotion. By the mid 1980s John had become the president of a successful staging and broadcast company. To date, John has been personally responsible for well over 1,000 high profile promotional events and trade shows for numerous Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the computer industry and high tech sector.
Don Macleod PhD, Founder / Investor
Dr. Don J Macleod has been associated with Hydrogen Injection Technology, Inc. since December 2011. Recently he accepted a post as President of Applied Motion Products a leading motion control systems supplier, rejoining the company that originally hired him as a project engineer almost 30 years ago. From 2009 to August 2011 he served as President of Aura Systems, a public company in El Segundo California engaged in the development and manufacture of mobile generator systems. Prior to this he held several Executive Director level positions at Seagate Technology spanning a 22 year career in disc drive technology. Dr. Macleod has a PhD in Electrical Engineering has published 8 technical papers at international conferences and is named inventor on 31 US patents.

Michael J. Vincent, CPP / Member of the Advisory Board
Mike has recently launched his consulting business based in packaging a sustainable food supply. He is a strategic business leader with nearly three decades of food packaging, product development, quality assurance, strategic sourcing, and sustainable business experience. He is an innovator who holds six U.S. patents for packaging and processing of food. He is a graduate of Michigan State’s school of packaging where he received the Sealed Air Outstanding Student scholarship. He is also a Certified Packaging Professional, lifetime status, by the Institute of Packaging Professionals. Previously he led Safeway's supply chain sustainability team, where his team defined sustainability initiatives and implemented programs to successfully achieve results. Prior to that, Mike managed the sourcing team responsible for procuring all packaging for Safeway's 31 manufacturing plants.
Mike collaborates on sustainability initiatives across industry platforms and was a participant on developing the metrics, indicators and reporting requirements of the Global Packaging Project sponsored by the Consumer Goods Forum. He has been published in food and packaging journals and authored a chapter on Centralized Packaging of Retail Ready Fresh Meat, included in the book Modified Atmosphere Food Packaging edited by Dr. Aaron Body published by IoPP.
His new venture - The Sustainable Package, LLC, supports continuous improvement across client's supplier networks, develops corporate-wide supply chain sustainability K.P.I.’s, metrics and reporting standards used to measure impacts of initiatives. He is representing several companies launching products that will reduce customers carbon footprint and operational efficiency, including working with United Source Packaging as Technical Sales Director and Hydrogen Injection Technology as Sustainable Sales Director.
